StellarWindow Allows You To Take A Trip Of The Universe

Have you ever wanted to take a trip of the space but hated all the virtual computerized gaming kind of tours? Here is how you could take a tour of the cosmos in real time. The Japanese students from Waseda University have created the StellarWindow. It offers a real-time guided tour of the night sky and that too with the help of a special USB stick. An embedded magnet points towards north and also has tilt sensors. The sensors help the software to show and play the viewer a real-time sequence of stars and planets.

This could very well be your real but digital tour of the cosmos. The device also has voice recognition system, which means, you could just ask which planet or star you want to visit and it takes you there. A beautiful 3D view of the cosmos is revealed. You could use this on a tablet PC or a laptop, though a tablet is more preferable. The product will cost 26,000 Yens.
